Stellar Precision Components has over 20 years experience machining a variety of composite materials and metals such as: Beta C Titanium, Maraging Steel, Aluminum, Copper/Bronze Alloys, 17-4 PH, 15-5 and 300-400 Stainless Steels, A2 and D2 Tool Steels, and numerous Low Carbon Alloys. We also provide Certified Heat Treatment, Metal Coating (Teflon, Nickel, Hard Chrome, Anodizing, and Vapor Deposit Aluminum), as well as Destructive and Non-Destructive Testing of materials specified.
Stellar has made significant investment (approximately $2 million in the past 18 months) in state-of-the-art shop management software, CNC machining and turning centers, programming software and conventional machinery.
