Local Representative pays a visit.
DNC capabilities were added to machining cells to allow organization and archiving of all CNC programs. The DNC stations are integrated into the network infrastructure allowing for easy indexing and scheduled backups.
Stellar has the capability of uploading and downloading drawings and solid models from email or "FTP" sites, and plotting them on site. We have recently setup our own in house FTP server. This convenience naturally saves mail time, overnight charges and prevents errors due to unclear documents sent via FAX. If you wish to have access to this feature please contact us.
We also have recently completed an upgrade of our ERP system and added an extensive "Quality Module" to the latest recommended version which will increase throughput and reduce discrepancies.
In addition, Stellar's new "AutoCAD 2010" and "MasterCam" can be used to generate customer drawings and manufacturing programs with economy and precision.

State Representative Jim Casorio stopped by for a visit with Lori and Mike.
