Stellar Precision Components has recently invested significant capital in the latest technology involving state of the art manufacturing, quality equipment and training.
Stellar Precision Components has added new high speed multi-axis CNC milling machines along with increased 5-axis capability. We have recently increased our large turning CNC capabilities and also high speed multi function CNC lathes.
The quality department has been updated to the latest CMMs including a new manual CMM and a new CMM for in-process inspections. Qualified personnel have received training from the vendors on the latest techniques also utilizing 3D models for rapid programming.
Using the latest in CAD/CAM software with DNC support and 3D modeling allows us to efficiently prepare programs for download to the shop floor through our network and allows for backup of all files generated even on the shop floor.
And Stellar isn't finished yet. We are upgrading and expanding our ERP system to encompass even more functions to streamline our process and allow for continual improvement.
