CNC Machinist
Essential Functions:
-
Function as part of a team
-
Set-up equipment (tooling, work-holding) and operate equipment to make quality parts
-
Recognize areas for improvement when machining such as speed, feed, and depth and angle of cut
-
Read and understand engineering drawings
-
Knowledge of speeds and feeds for machining all types of metals
-
Use micrometers (ID, OD, depth etc.), electronic gauges, calipers and similar tools/equipment
-
Knowledge of metric conversion; capable to work in Metric and English units
-
Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
-
Second and Third Shift availability with 5% shift differential
-
Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Quality Control Inspector
Essential Functions:
-
Function as part of a team
-
Perform inspections; including CMM, manual CMM, Romer Arm, profilometer, and hand measurement tools
-
Ensure timely, complete closure of inspection activities and communicate to appropriate personnel when timelines shift
-
Work closely and professionally with other department team members in accomplishing the main goal -- compliant parts to the customer

Ensure QC SOPs are complied with
-
Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
NDE Operator (2nd Shift)
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
-
Perform Non-Destructive Testing [NDT] on Aerospace/Defense components.
-
Must be or have recently been [within 1 year] qualified and certified to ASNT-TC-1A in at least one of the following NDT Methods that will be utilized:
-
Visual (VT)
-
Liquid Penetrant (LP)
-
Magnetic Particle (MT)
-
-
Schedule 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM. 5% shift differential.
-
Adherence to safety procedures/guidelines at all times.
-
Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
-
Familiar with NDT tools and equipment and demonstrate proficiency in their use.
-
Capable of determining the calibration status of NDT equipment is in proper condition for use; and inspection, examination and test procedures are approved.
-
Train other individuals as required by management.
Physical Demands & Abilities:
-
Must demonstrate the ability to read the equivalent of the size and letters of the Jaeger I chart at a minimum distance of 12 inches and distinguish and differentiate the contrasts between colors illustrated on an Ishihara Test Chart including shades of gray.
-
Quality Control personnel shall be able to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
-
Will work in various areas of the plant location. Dependent upon the area, environmental conditions can be hot, cold, dirty, greasy, wet, and noisy.
Desired Candidates will:

Previous Level II Certification to ASNT-TC-1A including documented objective evidence of classroom and on the job training experience

Experience working with the following codes/standards: ASTM, ASME, AWS, NAS, and ISO
-
Have strong MS Office experience
-
Experience in working and navigating ERP systems
-
Good communication skills
-
Have excellent troubleshooting skills
-
(Preferred) Strong GD&T knowledge
-
Comfortable working in fast paced team environment
